I/we, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I/we are entering areas under the operation of Southern Kruger Safaris where I/we could be subject to man-made or natural elements and where dangerous animals could be a risk. I/we understand and appreciate fully that there are risks involved.

INDEMNITY

Southern Kruger Safaris, its owners, directors, employees, guides, contractors, and agents are not liable for any loss or damage:

• to the property or possessions of any participant or accompanying minor/dependent (including valuables, luggage, cameras, electronics) even if such damage or loss is caused by the negligent act or omission of the Company;

• arising from death or any bodily injuries of whatsoever nature sustained by a participant or accompanying minor/dependent whether such injuries are caused by the negligent act or omission by the Company, and/or by the defective functioning of any apparatus, equipment, or vehicle.

I/we hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death while participating in safari activities. The participant and/or his/her/their estate hereby indemnifies the Company against any claim, action, judgment, costs, and/or expenses which may be made against the Company.

I/we certify physical fitness to participate, will disclose medical conditions, follow all safety instructions, and acknowledge that medical facilities may be limited. I/we am/are solely responsible for securing personal belongings. This agreement is governed by South African law.
